Welcome to the registration form for the Global Health Security Conference 2026. This form will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. All delegates who wish to attend must fill out a registration form. Please make sure you fill out the registration in full. Please note a number of Pre-Conference workshops will be available in May 2026. If you have already registered, you will be emailed separately to register for these. Dietary Requirements

Please specify any dietary requirements you have (e.g. Allergy to Nuts, Gluten Free, Halal*, Kosher*, Lactose Intolerant, Shellfish/Seafood Allergy, Vegan, Vegetarian, etc.)

We will do our utmost to cater to your needs however this may not be possible in all cases.

*Delegates requesting Kosher or Halal meals will be provided with a vegetarian meal.

Carbon Neutral Data Collection

As part of our commitment to making GHS2026 a carbon-neutral event, we are collecting pre- and post-event data to support accurate reporting. While this section is optional, your input is greatly appreciated and will help us achieve this goal. You’re welcome to answer to the best of your ability, and if you don’t have the information or are short on time, feel free to skip it.

International Attendee Questions:

What would be your expected total number of nights in KL accommodation due to the event?

Will you be booking your flight to KL as an economy, premium economy, business class or first class seat?

Local to Malyasia Attendee Questions:

If local to Malaysia how far will you travel to get to the event location (one-way in km)

If local to Malaysia which main transport mode will you use to travel to and from the event: Car, train, bus, plane, walk?

If local to Malaysia will you stay in paid accommodation in KL during the event? If yes, how many nights?

Please note that if you do not give consent for your details to be used by the GHS Conference Managers then you will be unable to register to attend the Conference.

All Registration fees will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Student Registrations

Only those that hold a valid student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or are a holder of an international student card (submitted in English) qualifies for the student rate. Students must be studying full time.  A copy of your student identification card must be uploaded during the registration process or emailed to the Conference Manager registration@ghsconf.com. Without this the full registration fee will be charged. 

LIC Registrations

To be entitled to the LIC Registration rate you must be a resident from a low-income country. 

To confirm you qualify please refer to the DAC list.

Please Note: Due to venue capacity restrictions, there will be a limited number of LIC registration places available. A large proportion of these LIC registrations have been reserved for travel bursary participants. Once the travel bursaries have been allocated then the LIC registrations will become available again.

Day Registrations

Attending the GHS 2026 conference on Tuesday June 9, 2026 grants access to the Welcome Reception. Those who choose to attend on Friday June 12, 2024 will be eligible to attend the Kuala Lumpur Cultural Experience. 

The Program Committee advise that you register early to avoid disappointment.
